As Building Information Modeling becomes the industry standard for building design and construction, many firms are investigating methods to leverage the BIM process. In this presentation, we will discuss how BIM can be used to achieve specific goals and the best practices used to ensure success. Increased coordination, sustainability and constructability will be the major themes we will investigate with an emphasis on planning and communication to ensure success. Near the end of the presentation, we will have a round table of experienced Revit users and project managers to share their experiences and thoughts. |
